Iron Mountain Expands in Jersey City
Data Protection Firm Brings Occupancy to 266,000 SF in Logistix Urban Renewal Warehouse
Iron Mountain Information Management, a data protection and recovery firm, has expanded by 136,000 square feet at 100 Harbor Drive in Jersey City, NJ.
Iron Mountain now occupies the entire 266,000-square-foot warehouse, which was constructed in 1974 in the Hudson Waterfront Industrial submarket. The property features seven loading docks, 20-foot clear heights and 23,940 square feet of office space.
Nicholas Nitti, Matthew Corpuel and William Waxman of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, Logistix Urban Renewal Corp. New Jersey Equity Corp. represented the tenant.
